Our Principal,
Nick Moraitis.
Over 20 years as a strategist, leader, convenor, consultant and mentor, Nick has driven change - in New York, Toronto, London, Sydney and Melbourne.
Nick’s career has seen him alternate between roles in large international NGOs, scrappy start-ups, leading civil society networks, and endowed Foundations. He’s played key roles at Amnesty’s International Secretariat, GetUp, Greenpeace, and most recently, as CEO at the Foundation for Young Australians.
From 2012-2020, as founder and CEO of Australian Progress, Australia’s premier non-profit infrastructure organisation, Nick helped deliver a step change in the connectivity and capacity of civil society.
Earlier, Nick led a team of strategy and creative consultants at Make Believe, with more than 60 non-profit and political clients around the world (Make Believe merged in 2013 with Agency) .
Nick has served on numerous boards and advisory committees including the Australian National Commission for UNESCO, the Centre for Policy Development, Nexus, the Australian Youth Climate Coalition, and Pride Cup.
Nick has collaborated with many of Australia’s top philanthropic foundations, and currently serves as an advisor to Tripple, an impact investment oriented family office.
